I loved exceptionally attentive personnel that ensures guests have a very very good stay. The double room is airy with beautiful victorian ceiling, shower, as example. The breakfast is great, offered with yoghurt and prosecco, as example and served in the bar.

Quaint hotel located near to Scotland, where most of the beds in hotels are extremely hard as well as Haymarket rail stations and tram stop. Very welcoming and pleasant staff, excellent stay. Great selection for breakfast with fruit and a cake and juice. Friendly service, great and perfect location near the station.

I stayed for a long weekend and the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was incredibly welcoming and super-friendly. The bedroom was airy and en suite. I had a just perfect stay and enjoyed property's good and fab location adjacent to with many restaurants and a train station close by, Edinburgh airport and Close to a wonderful riverside walk to Dean Village.

Had a very good stay for a night for his birthday and would stay here again. The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was very attentive. Its location was fantastic, near trains and trams, and the tram station which crosses through Edinburgh and goes directly to the airport. Also, we were 4 km from a large parkland zoo.

Recommend this place and would come here again. The hotel was perfect and cool, we enjoyed its efficient staff. It was stunning, attractive and for our needs.
